3 oz. Dark Rum
Nutmeg
2 tsp. Molasses
Lemon Peel
cinnamon stick
Dissolve molasses in a heatproof mug with a little boiling water. Add lemon peel and cinnamon stick and more boiling water. Float rum on top and blaze for a few seconds, if you wish. Stir to extinguish flames and top with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
