2 oz. Light or Dark Rum
1 cube Sugar
1 slice Lemon
Nutmeg
Boiling Water
Put sugar cube in an Irish coffee cup and fill 2/3 with boiling water. Add rum and stir. Add the slice of lemon, sprinkle nutmeg on top, and serve.
