1.5 oz. Sugar
fill With Club Soda
3 oz. Cognac
2 oz. Curacao
Lemon Peel
1 Quart Apple Cider
Dissolve the sugar with the lemon juice in a large pot; add the rinds, brandy, curacao, and cider. Stir until foamy and well-blended. Store in the refrigeratore until ready to use. Serve with ice and soda.
