0.333 oz. Tabasco Sauce
1 oz. Jose Cuervo Tequila
1 Jalopeno Pepper
Layer tabasco and tequila in a large shot glass. Drop in a slice of jalapeno. Top off with everclear. Light on fire. Shoot (blow flame out first) and eat the jalapeno. (Have water ready!)
