Pinch Nutmeg
Pinch Cinnamon
4 oz. Apple Juice
1/2 oz. 151 Proof Rum
1/4 Apple (baked)
Into the flaming pan of a chafing dish or saucepan, put all ingredients except rum, and heat over a low flame until apple is warmed through (do not boil). Just before serving, warm rum in a ladle over hot water, ignite, and pour blazing into pan.
