Orange Peel
1 oz. Cognac
Pinch Cinnamon
1 Generous Tbsp. Vanilla Ice Cream
Black Coffee
1 tsp. Coconut Syrup
Pour coconut syrup and hot coffee into a large, heat-proof mug that has been rinsed with hot water. Stir until syrup is dissolved. Add rum, cognac, orange peel, and ice cream float. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
