4 Pieces Orange Peel
7 oz. Cognac
1 1/2 oz. Benedictine
1 Pint Black Coffee
4 Pieces Lemon Peel

Mix coffee, fruit peels, spices, honey to taste, Benedictine, kummel, rum, and 3 oz. of cognac in a saucepan or chafing dish and bring to a simmer. Do not boil. Ladle into warmed mugs or cups and add 1 oz. of cognac to each cup. Top with a generous tables
